Welcome to the official website of Change Agency Organization (CAO).
For more than two decades, CAO has worked alongside communities in Western Equatoria State to strengthen human rights, promote peace, empower women and youth, and protect vulnerable children.
Our journey started as a youth movement dedicated to positive social change, and today we have grown into a nationally recognized organization committed to sustainable development and community empowerment.
CAO Profile 2020
Through strong partnerships with international organizations, government institutions, and local communities, we continue to deliver programs that address the root causes of poverty, inequality, and conflict.
However, the needs of our communities remain significant. Many vulnerable families still face challenges related to protection, livelihoods, education, and social inclusion.
We therefore welcome collaboration with development partners, donors, humanitarian agencies, and private sector actors who share our vision of building a peaceful, inclusive, and resilient society.
Together, we can transform communities and create lasting impact.
