Change Agency Organization (CAO) is a national civil society organization dedicated to promoting human rights, peace, and community development in South Sudan.

The organization evolved from Future Search Group (1999) to Change Agency Association (2006) and was officially registered as Change Agency Organization in 2017.

CAO operates in Western Equatoria State, focusing on community empowerment and protection.
